Länsförsäkringar bankapp

Länsförsäkringar is a customer owned bank – the owners are also the users. 97 percent of Länsförsäkringar Bank’s customer interaction is now done through digital channels, this has been made possible by the new banking app. Customers are greeted by a personal homepage, where they decide which accounts are visible. They can also make payments, transfers and pay electronic bills from here. Another popular feature is the rapid balance, which enables a view of your balance in your mobile phone or smart watch without logging in. In the Månadskollen, users get an overview through educational graphics of what they are spending the most on each month.
